Terry Cook, the President of Sea Breeze Air Systems, Inc., started in the air conditioning business in 1967. He attended five years of technical school in Palm Beach County while working as an apprentice.He acquired his Air Conditioning Contractor’s license in 1980.

In 1983, Terry started working for Burg and DiVosta after installing the air conditioning for Mr. DiVosta’s personal home. He moved to department head where he was qualifier for the company. He was also responsible for design and installation for all DiVosta homes. After Mr. DiVosta sold DiVosta Home Builders, in September of 2004 he decided along with his family to start an air conditioning company of his own, Sea Breeze Air Systems, Inc. to continue providing quality air conditioning for Palm Beach County.
