Preventive maintenance is to your system what oil changes are to your car.
Regular maintenance will help your system last longer and run better, which lowers energy cost. Your air conditioner circulates the same air throughout the residence over and over again taking approximately 8-16 minutes. It is very important to maintain your unit to provide the cleanest air for you and your family. We recommend having service on average twice a year and to change your filters monthly or as your lifestyle dictates or your filter is designed. We do not offer maintenance contracts. But as part of our personal service we will contact you to set up an appointment when regular maintenance is needed..
